It has 3 acres of shared grounds going right down to the shoreline and includes a tennis court. It is situated at the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is a short walk in to the village with its award winning farmer's market, pubs, fish and chip shop, art and pottery galleries, mini supermarket, Post Office, abbey and water mill.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. Cwtch Y Wennol is a beautiful one bedroom stone-built cottage, converted from the farm's original grain store situated at the end of a quiet winding lane with picturesque views of fields and woodland. This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The Old Dairy, our beautifully restored stone barn, sleeps 2 people in a double bedroom. The open plan living room and kitchen has exposed beams and wood and slate floors. It is fully accessible. Easy access to local beaches and walking.
