The flat has a big living room with kitchen and dining room and a spacious bedroom. A big bathroom with rainforrest shower and separate guest WC with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a parking spot under the building (for additonal fee) The balcony has lounge area with a sofa and two chairs.

Since it is on the ground floor, you sit on the terrace in the middle of the green, right between palm trees and flowering shrubs. Behind the cozy circular arches, you can enjoy the lake and mountain panorama in almost any weather. At the large pool below the apartment there are free sunbeds and umbrellas.
