The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The location of the place is JUST GREAT: 5 min to the beach at Boden, 5 min the same direction to the Subway. Tickets we bought at the station. With the subway went to Lindau island- our aim was to visit exactly this place. We were travelling with our 1,5 months baby and were really satisfied with the condition of the apartment. Everything is clean and well settled!!! Very friendly neighbours are also an advantage 😄 one super nice lady explained us how to get everywhere 😍 there is an Italian restaurant 2 min away but food was so-so. Atmosphere is very nice though)) The host is really friendly and explained us everything very precisely. That was in general a great experience and NEXT TIME WE GONNA COME AGAIN)

Great apartment - absolutely recommended. Great location, by bike you can quickly reach Lake Constance and in the area you can do beautiful hikes and bike tours. Communication with Laura was very pleasant and straightforward. The apartment is nicely equipped and very clean. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A great apartment if you want to vacation near Lake Constance Bregenz is quick and easy to reach by car. Parking in front of the building was also easy. The apartment is really nice and the view of Lake Constance from the bedroom, living room and balcony is to be emphasized. The residential complex seems to be inhabited by a rather mixed crowd, so you might meet a few strange people. But it didn't feel unsafe

Very nice and generously equipped house on the Pfänder with an incredible view of Bregenz, Lake Constance and Lindau. We were there as a family (several generations), found everything we needed and enjoyed the time together very much.
