Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Locos Beach

Had a fantastic holiday with my family and granddaughters. The girls absolutely loved the pool and we couldn't keep them out!.The location was perfect for all of us as it is within easy reach to the main street with bars and restaurants. The villa is lovely and spacious, may be not in the kitchen when 4 people try to get in. I do believe the villa could benefit from a new bin as the lid was broken and became a pain by the end of 2 weeks, (nothing major I know.) The freezer was desperate for a defrost, I unfortunately was unable to do this as I was needing to use it. Overall the Holiday was fantastic and we would definitely RETURN.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

This place is the best AIRBNB I have ever stayed at. It overlooks the Marina and the views are sensational. It’s walking distance as in minutes to so many restaurants, bars ,coffee shops and a supermarket. It’s sleeps 6 easily and the bedrooms are huge with very comfortable beds . Two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal if required . As a Sydney resident I must say that I’d look for the availability of this price of heaven if I’m lucky enough to get back to Spain in the future . Gonzalo is a super host and very much lives up to that Tag. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he definitely tries to ensure his guests are happy . Thanks mate for all your assistance when required .

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

We really enjoyed the perfect pool for a family with small children. The neighborhood is fantastic! It's a beautiful and tranquil setting! There is an aldi that is built 10 minutes walk away, Los locos beach is 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed discovering Torrevieja and were surprised by this vacation destination which is ideal! The beachfront promenade is beautiful with lots of restaurants and shopping! The apartment is very well located and very clean. We appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They are discreet and available quickly. The house is very well equipped and the gardens are well maintained! Our hosts left us a lot of gifts and little surprises when we arrived! They are very attentive! We loved this house! Thanks for everything again!

Great location with beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance, even with children. The pool is relatively new and very clean. We had almost exclusive use of it – we only saw other people using it 3 or 4 times. It's also nice and quiet as it's a gated community. The apartment is spotless and has a beautiful modern bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice oven (again, this looked new) for meals in, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave… The bedrooms are comfortable and the twin room has a built-in wardrobe. The only thing to note is that this is a first-floor apartment, up a set of stairs, rather than a bungalow. This might make it more difficult to access for those who struggle with stairs. The host is super-friendly, responsive and flexible, and even came to meet us after 11pm – much appreciated, thank you! :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Wonderful house where we stayed a superb week's holiday. I highly recommend this accommodation is perfect, very well equipped and Paul and Mandy are always responsive . Plan the playa flamenca car 20 min away . Pool always very clean too. Thank you

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

David was an exceptional host. Very good communication throughout the week and the villa was exactly as described in the listing. The beer tap was a huge bonus for those who enjoy a beer!

This place is amazing with a million dollar views of the sea. The owner Tano is very gracious and attentive. Looks just like the pictures.

It was exactly the place we were looking for. Comfortable, plenty of outdoor seating with possible shade, great pool, all amenities as needed.
