Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A lovely quiet place to enjoy all wellness facilities completely in private.

Vanuit zowel de slaapkamers als de woon- en eetkamer heeft u vrij uitzicht. Het vakantiehuis is rustig gelegen aan de rand van de Achterhoek nabij het natuurgebied de Hoge Veluwe en op korte afstand van Hanzesteden als Doesburg en Zutphen. Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein Bbq zur Verfügung excl. Gasflasche.

Welcome to holiday home Berghzicht, we are located in the heart of the characteristic stream (Montferland). With plenty of sights you will not be bored. In the nearby forest there are several walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.
