We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Ideal accommodation for a long weekend to explore the region. Has everything you need. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

Highly recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect…quiet but close to all amenities. The host is so friendly and we loved the apartment. We travel often and this has been one of our favorite places to stay!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. It was a very friendly welcome. Got good tips for excursions in the area. There are also many information brochures in the hallway. The apartment is clean despite the old walls from 1442. Well-signposted hiking and cycling trails that you can start right from the front door. Beautiful view from the beautifully landscaped front garden with seating. If we were in the area again, we would take the opportunity to book this apartment.

We had a super nice stay in Florian's Fitnessalm. The location was perfect for us, as we could reach Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg and other excursion destinations in under an hour. Fortunately, the apartment is also away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic, so we could enjoy our peace. Florian is a great & helpful host. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. All around we had a very nice holiday with baby & can only recommend it. ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Spent the duration of Xmas break in Freilassing as I was spending Xmas abroad this year. I was at Martina's apartment for 9 nights (23rd December - 1st January). The apartment was lovely, cosy, and comforting. The view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. I had the apartment to myself and made use of amenities such as the toaster, cooker, coffee machine and kettle. There was a large variety of teas/coffees and crockery to use when cooking and cleaning equipment. I made use of the facilities and there is a Lidl supermarket nearby where you can stock up on food. I was also meeting family in Salzburg, so travelled by train into Salzburg on numerous occasions. There are some lovely towns not too far away by train, which are worth visiting such as Bad Reichenhall and Bertschgaden, where you can go on some pleasant walks and traverse up the mountains. Freilassing is a lovely town and had a community feel - some great walks nearby and a local bakery about 5 mins walk away.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very nice short trip with Elisabeth. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to stay longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd be happy to come back. :)

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything is very tastefully designed, high-quality and wonderfully cozy. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: quietly located, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Natalie's place. Very serene and peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle of the town but super convenient to get to the centre and hbf in less than 15 mins by bus. Bus stop is hardly 60m away and with the mobility ticket we travelled everywhere within Salzbutg free on public transport. The balcony was the best place in the house and I loved to sip my morning tea there, welcomed by the chirping of birds. Loads of wardrobe space and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. thank you Natalie for the beautiful experience.
