Holiday rentals with a patio in Logan Martin Lake

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

Tight quarters, but has all you need for a quick stay. A/C is a window unit on the window in front of the bed. That did take us a minute to find, as all lights/air conditioning are off at time of entry. It takes a little bit to cool off, so would recommend coming in and getting the unit going while unpacking. This place is located very close to restaurants and easy access to either I-65 or I-459. I would say pretty well centrally located if you are going to be driving all over BHM. Would stay here again

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny and Rusty’s place so much!! The house is absolutely beautiful with so much attention to detail. We had the entire bottom floor with two bathrooms, a living room where we watched tv, big bedroom, comfy bed, a full kitchen and washer and dryer and which we didn’t use but it was nice to have the option if we needed to. There is also a sitting room and formal dining room that we didn’t use but it was beautiful! This was my first trip to Talladega and we were here for the race. The place was perfect - a 10-15 min drive and so peaceful. The porches are so nice to sit and enjoy coffee and there are restaurants in walking distance and others are a short drive. There is a Walmart just a few mins away too. Sunny and Rusty were so responsive and allowed us to check in early when we made it to town earlier than we thought! The instructions were great! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you Sunny and Rusty!!

Wendy and Jason were exceptional hosts. My husband and I were very impressed with their generosity. The communication was prompt and friendly, the apartment was clean and exactly as it was described, and the location was in a safe and well-established neighborhood. This was my first Airbnb experience, and these two set the bar extremely high. We would gladly book with them again.

House was comfortable and clean! The back patio was private and peaceful!

This is our second stay here. It's a great place. It's close to the train track but that didn't bother us. The host is incredibly responsive and generally awesome. Highly recommend. The backyard is really nice if you have an animal. It's fully fenced, large and well furnished!

Beautiful home , well maintained, modern up to date appliances, close to highways, and supermarket, beautiful neighborhood and yard. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay while we were there for my son’s graduation from The University of Alabama.

This place was exactly as described. The kitchen was sticked with all the pots and pans needed and cooking utensils. The host was outstanding and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We were in town for travelball tournaments and this location was perfect.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!

We needed an overnight on our way down to the beach. This place was in a cool part of Birmingham, a historical district that has been revitalized with a unique, industrial modern vibe. The place had what we needed for a quick, convenient one night stay. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and stumbled on the Alabama Peanut Company, a historic peanut shop and a fantastic gelato shop.
