Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Rent a house in the Perche

Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, and 800 m from the village of Ceton with all amenities, this authentic Vau Gelé family home is ideal for hosting family and friends in large numbers. My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.

Old farmhouse

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Converted barn

Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a residential house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the library of comics and graphic novels. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main home, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some beautification work to be done.

We welcome you in our two hundred years old farm ! Ideally situated in a charming village of the Loire Valley, you'll enjoy staying at our new rebuilt cosy appartment (living room down stairs and bedrooms/kitchen at the first floor). Manoir du Bois Joly - Le Fournil Gite

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.

La Grange

Restored cottage in a former 120 m2 barn located in the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley in the center of the village of Cellettes (shops nearby: convenience store with bread delivery, tobacco and newspaper store, restaurant, etc.). You can discover the surroundings by bike thanks to the "châteaux à vélo" trails.
