Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Meublé de tourisme classé 3 étoiles (5 couchages), notre maison de vacances se niche dans un cadre verdoyant, à 15min d'Angers, au coeur des basses vallées (site Natura 2000). Entièrement équipée, elle offre 2 chambres, véranda, jardin, piscine chauffée de juin à sept accessible de 10 à 12h et de 14 à 18h30, Wifi. Linge de lit et de bain en supplément 9€/personne. Activités : Châteaux ; Zoo La Flèche et Doué La Fontaine (1\2h), ParcTerra Botanica (20min) et Puy du Fou (50min), sports nautiques

La Maillardière – Country house with pool

Bienvenue dans notre magnifique maison située dans la paisible campagne d'Andard. La maison dispose de nombreux couchages répartis dans 4 chambres spacieuses, et un très grand dortoir. Toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bain privative. La piscine extérieure (non chauffée) et l'immense jardin sont parfaits pour profiter, au calme, du soleil et de la nature environnante. Vous pourrez également vous détendre dans le grand salon avec une cheminée pour les soirées plus fraîches.

Venez vous reposer à la campagne dans notre roulotte, à mi chemin entre Angers et Saumur, à deux pas des bords de Loire Située sur une parcelle de plus d'un hectare, vos voisins seront les chèvres et les moutons ! Que ce soit en couple ou en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) vous pourrez profiter de la piscine couverte chauffée de Mai à mi Octobre, ainsi que du jacuzzi (en option). Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
