Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

We were guests for three days and can recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, Eulalia was always available for us. Fresh fruit, Water and yogurt were available for us. The accommodation is clean, cozy and tastefully furnished. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!
