Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lombardy

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Alloggio bellissimo, corrispondente alle foto, in un contesto molto tranquillo. Le camere sono confortevoli e ognuna con il suo bagno. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Pavia. Colazione ottima. Si può godere dell’intera casa, giardino compreso. Gabriela e suo marito rispecchiano esattamente la loro casa. Sono fighissimi. Ci hanno accolto con uno spirito familiare, sono stati sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili e chiare per tutto. Alloggio super consigliato.

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Check-in und Check-Out war problemlos, wir durften früher kommen und länger bleiben am Abreisetag und - hätten wir nicht leider unsererseits abreisen müssen - unseren Urlaub noch für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, das für uns und unseren Hund super war, trotzdem ist man schnell am Gardasee z.B. in Salò. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Der Hof ist sehr schön: wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vor Ort gewohnt hatten, sodass wir das ganze Gelände für uns hatten, es kam nur immer mal jemand von der Familie (alle super freundlich) vorbei um nach den Tieren (Pferde, Esel, Gänse und Hühner) zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

parfait !!! luca est très sympa et son logement est magnifique, très agréable et très bien décoré. l'accueil était très chaleureux. la maison est très bien équipé et luca avait prévu des fruits et même un gâteau qui était excellent. merci encore. er l'environnement est magnifique. je recommande vivement le logement de luca. ciao

Das Haus und seine Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt an einem Bach, dessen Rauschen uns nicht gestört hat. Vom Haus aus haben wir viele Wanderungen gemacht, bei denen uns meist niemand begegnet ist, so einsam ist es dort. Nur am Wochenende war etwas mehr los. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bei der Anreise haben wir uns noch mit reichlich Lebensmittel versorgt, um unser Auto möglichst lange nicht bewegen zu müssen. Für Backen und Kochen ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Nach den Wanderungen nutzten wir immer die Sauna, nachdem wir den Ofen mit dem vorhandenen Brennholz angefeuert und die Sauna auf Temperatur gebracht hatten. Wer 24/7 erreichbar sein will, muss sich vielleicht einen anderen Ort suchen. Netz und damit auch das WLAN waren nicht immer verfügbar. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Wir waren von Michele’s Unterkunft begeistert und hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort. Auch die ganze Abwicklung hat super unkompliziert geklappt. Klare Empfehlung

The view was even better than the photos could portray! Serene, cozy, and the perfect place to explore the surrounding area. Our daughter loved the animals and we would return in a heartbeat. Definitely need a car to access and it’s certainly rustic, but it has everything you could need and the charm of this place is second to none. Grazie!

Trevlig värd och syster som tog emot oss. Vi fick lämna in våra väskor långt innan tid för incheckning. Och även checka in mycket tidigare. Allt man behöver finns på boendet. Alla bekvämligheter. Dessutom är boendet ännu bättre och mycket originellt än vad bilderna berättar. Supernöjda, det finaste Airbnb vi bott på nånsin.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und gerne dort Zeit verbracht. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon und der Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. The views from every window and the rooftop are stunning. Thank you, Michele!

Très beau logement avec une superbe vue sur le lac de Cômes, tous les équipements étaient très pratique et propice à toutes les occasions.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour. Logement en très bon état et très propre. Très bien placé, tout proche de l'embarcadère, tout se fait à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corina. L'ile de Monte Isola est parfaite pour la marche (pas de voitures sur l'ile)

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend splendido. Io, la mia compagna e i nostri due cagnoni abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vivere un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Una casetta ricca di dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort è stato davvero un Nido d’Amore immerso nella natura. Paesaggio e vista mozzafiato. Monica ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile e ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Luogo ideale per staccare dalla frenesia della quotidianità e rilassarsi a contatto con la natura.

Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Seeufer gelegen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es wird auch eine Grundausstattung wie Kaffeekapseln ( Nespresso), Mineralwasser und Gewürze usw zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See, sowohl vom Garten wie von dem Balkon. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Touristentrubel am Hafen. Es ist nur per Boot bzw zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Inselbus hat eine Haltestelle oben im Dorf 10 Minuten Fußweg) und fährt nicht nach unten. Ein absolutes Ruheplus. Im Ort oben gibt es eine gute Metzgerei und einen Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants und 2 Bars. Floriana ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit der man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann. Das Haus ist perfekt für Zeit des Abschaltens, der Erholung aber auch für Wanderer. Da der Garten vollständig umzäunt ist, kann der Hund frei herumlaufen

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Daniel seiner Unterkunft! Tolle Aussicht und tolles Haus. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist steil und hat kein Parkplatz, ist aber wenn man fit ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Das einzig negative ist das das Leitungswasser sehr trüb war und zum Teil dreckig. Sonst top! Danke für diese schöne Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Albertos bezauberndem Appartement verbracht. Alberto ist unglaublich angenehmem und fürsorglich. Das ehemalige Kloster mit seinem grünen Innenhof ist eine ruhige Oase inmitten der Stadt. Alle Räume und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt um die vielen interessanten Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden oder sich eine kleine Auszeit zu nehmen.

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

La villa è davvero incantevole, più bella di quanto non si possa apprezzare in fotografia, in particolare le aree esterne: il giardino è davvero molto grande e curato mentre la piscina pulita è inaspettatamente profonda (con tanto di trampolino per i tuffi). Sia dal giardino sia dalla casa si gode una vista meravigliosa e l’ambiente era fresco e ventilato. La casa è ampia e molto curata, in particolare i bagni! La proprietaria è stata così gentile da consentirci di posticipare il check alle 20:00 anziché alla mattina per farci godere anche tutta la domenica. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, da ripetere!

Wonderful place! 100% would stay again. Easy to park and go. Amazing views and comfortable accommodations. Even had a welcome basket! Local store has wine for $4 and you can grab items for breakfast before you set out. If going downtown get there early for parking. Great dinner spots all over. Elena was the best guide to meet us and get settled in. Amazing flute player as well. We loved our villa in Bellagio!
