Everything went very smooth. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Perfect location. Appartment is very clean.

This location cannot be beat. So walkable, peaceful, beautiful. Flat is exactly as described. We didn’t need anything while there but we had a couple questions and hosts were very responsive. We can’t wait to stay again.

The apartment is large, clean and bright, it has large kitchen and an adjacent dining place in the living room, making it a very convenient place. Nice bathroom with a large ceiling shower, in addition to hand held shower. It is in a quiet residential area, yet close to many shops and restaurants and short walks to Kensington palace, Victoria and Albert Museum, museum of Natural History. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect - i took a large studio room for a week and it was a fabulous base for Teddington. Clean, modern, quiet, safe and secure - i will defintely stay again.

Upscale and private cul-de-sac, in a busy area yet very quiet at the apartment. Shopping and very nice selection of restaurants within a couple blocks, direct access to the underground with direct lines to Kings Cross as well as the sightseeing areas, museums, Tower, Palace, etc. Apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and all very clean and updated. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

This unit is in an excellent location in the heart of South Kensington. It's just a five minute walk to the Tube station and a few dozen yards from a bus stop. Lots of grocery, boutiques, coffee shops, museums and restaurants nearby. The unit itself is spacious and nicely furnished. My only complaint was with the kitchen. It is a little sparse on some basics. It likes things like table mats, hot mitts, salt and pepper. Other than that, having a good quality washer/dryer unit was a godsend. We were in unit 106 and it was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay! Concierge was very helpful with check in and our stuff. They will hold your luggage complimentary which is very helpful! So close to restaurants and grocery and the elevator works. Very safe to walk even at night and the train station was a 5 min walk. The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincenzo and Claudia’s place. We only met Vincenzo, and he was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The flat is in a perfect location — quiet, charming, and just a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. We really appreciated the comfort and ease of the space, and the neighborhood felt safe and lovely to explore. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Jamie is really responsive and flexible with check in and check out. Convenient location and around 10 minutes walk from the subway. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, no complaints at all.

I booked the apartment last minute whilst we were holidaying in Croatia. The apartment looked lovely in the photos and was not to far from the activities we had planned. Akron was very communicative and instructions were clear on how to find and access the apartment. The apartment was bigger than expected and had all we needed. The area, not so welcoming. Perfectly fine for what we required. 5 stars overall.

I had an amazing stay at Bermonds Locke! The location is absolutely prime — just a short walk from Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and some of London’s best cafes, restaurants, and transport links. The area feels vibrant yet peaceful, perfect for exploring or unwinding after a busy day. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches — from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bed and stylish interiors — made it feel like a home away from home. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the on-site amenities (like the café and co-working space) were a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend it for anyone visiting London!

Perfect place for our family stay. Enjoyed family time in garden and playing foosball tournaments.

The apartment was not very big but clean and cozy. About 25 mins drive to main attractions in central London, which was convenient for us. The washer-dryer allowed us to bring much less clothes and we loved it so much. The staircase was quite narrow especially when you carry with huge luggage. Also, as we lived on the top floor, it was quite hot inside after a day of sunshine. There was a tiny fan which we had to open all night (A bigger standing fan is recommended). Overall, we gave the apartment 5 stars and would recommend it to our friends.
