A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Kew Garden Cabin

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
