Emily was an outstanding host from start to finish. My partner and I were staying as we went to the Beyoncé concert and Emily made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable and went above and beyond to search and give us information on the best routes to get to and from the stadium as well as a very thoughtful pre drink for me and my partner with a lovely note upon arrival. I couldn’t fault a single thing with Emily’s hospitality and the flat itself. The flat is gorgeous, very clean and well kept with easy instructions to get into the building and how to use appliances around the flat, as well as some other useful information about what there is in the area to do and to eat and drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay again soon!😊 x

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Samir communicated eith we is throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation. We came to London to visit family and it was lovely to stay somewhere that also allowed dogs. Nous avons passer un super séjour, l’appartement est extrêmement agréable, il nous fait nous sentir très bien ! Tout était super propre, la rue dans lequel il se trouve est très calme ce qui permet une intimité vraiment remarquable! Very comfortable for three. A big bedroom, a 65 square foot bathroom!!!, and a large living room with kitchen. Sofa bed for two in the living room. Water pressure in bathroom very good. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher provided, with Disney, Netflix and Amazon Prime already available on smart TV. The flat is 10 minutes walking distance to two bus stops offering different lines, and probably 15 minutes to Angel station. There are excellent cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. There is a breakfast place 100 metres away with good service and great food. A mini market is about 150 metres away. Sainsbury’s and Coop are under a 15 minute walk. A large curved monitor, mouse and connections are all available in the work area. Plug in your laptop and you are all set. Michael responded very quickly to all questions. Excellent place in an excellent location, supported by a very good host. This is definitely the first place we will select when we are in London!

Great place - it has everything we needed. Very close to the metro station and there are a lot of places around to eat, shop, or grab a drink. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing! Literally a 3 minute walk away from Tottenham Stadium for our Chris Brown concert. Zelda was super helpful and always replying. Would really recommend!

Casa ampia e pulita, perfetta per il nostro gruppo di 8 persone. L'autobus per arrivare alla metro è a pochi minuti, ma ci sono anche altri autobus nelle vicinanze che in base alle necessità possono tornare utili, per cui consiglio a chi non conosce i trasporti di londra di informarsi prima delle varie fermate e dei tragitti, così da ottimizzare i tempi nei movimenti soprattutto i primi giorni. Per quanto riguarda l'host, Francesca è stata di una gentilezza unica, sempre disponibile, permettendoci anche di spostare il check-in/out, è una persona su cui poter fare affidamento anche in caso di problemi.

Kate was an incredible host and we were extremely lucky to have a chance to stay at her and her family’s beautiful home!!! Her communication was fabulous, she was willing to help with anything we needed (even when I had to come back to the house to look for something I forgot!!) and she made us feel like family friends. Apart from the excellent amenities, the best thing about this place is the beautiful sunrises you can see, on a clear morning, from the kitchen and the back bedroom. It's a view unhindered by tower blocks and must be a rare sight in this part of North London.

Had the absolute BEST time at Laurel House! The place was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and very well-equipped. We brought things we didn't even use, as there was a welcome pack of supplies! It really feels like a home. Tina was so lovely to us, and super flexible with check in when we got lost on the way. Any questions we had were answered so quickly and helpfully! She had loads of recommendations about travelling to the place and then onto the city centre. The house was absolutely fabulous, so much space and perfect for all weather with the garden! The area felt super safe, with lots of space on the drive for our big car. The house was really easy to get to from outside London as well, being right next to the M25. It's also in an excellent position for travelling into the city centre, with frequent buses, trains and tube links in all directions. We even managed to get back on public transport in the early hours after a concert. We truly had the best holiday, 11/10 would stay again

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

A Great House for a Trip to London! Guillermo and Kira were Great Hosts always answering when we needed them and prepared the house for our needs. Loved Snow Tiger, the cat, the pubs and the area. With 30 minutes train ride you are in the middle of London. Would Love to come back again!

It was the first time we had stayed in an Airbnb and was extremely impressed. Marta showed was around and explained the set up to us. Spotlessly clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Eimear runs an excellent Air BnB. She is a wonderful host who made a big effort to make our stay enjoyable. She was always available to accommodate our needs and made suggestions of local spots to visit. Her property is ideally placed for walking to Muswell Hill. Buses pass frequently at the end of the street and East Finchley tube station is 10mins walk away. Our 6 yr old granddaughter, who lives in Muswell Hill, even got to take During our month’s stay we were grateful for this very comfortable retreat. We have no hesitation in recommending Eimear’s flat for anyone wishing to use this area as a base. Peter and Stella

We loved staying at Shan's place. It is really peaceful and so close to Muswell Hill and everything this lovely area has to offer from great restaurants, cafés, shops and a gorgeous cinema. If you want an experience like no other, I highly recommend going to see a movie at the Everyman cinema. Thank you for having us and for being a great host Shan.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

I really loved my stay here. A beautiful location, peaceful and private, but also closed to all of Hampstead Heath and the underground station. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly was described. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!! Dan was a perfect host.
