Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage designed for adult comfort in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Modern self-contained Studio

Welcome to our bright airy Studio located in the heart of Stroud Green, North London. We are a short 13 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, and Crouch End is only a leisurely 20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride away. With it's own access, your studio features tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-fridge, and a few goodies (no full kitchen). Our garden as pictured is a lovely tranquil place which we are happy to share with you if we are around - otherwise, it is all yours to enjoy!

Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.

Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
