The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Molly and Alex were excellent hosts. Always helpful and easy to communicate with. We really loved staying in this beautiful eco lodge. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. Molly is such a talented gardener and her planting is gorgeous. I loved sitting outside with my coffee in the mornings. As well as being so close to Beckenham place park!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

One of my most memorable stays in London! I spent a week at Ramona’s place in Brent Cross and absolutely loved it. The property was small, cute, and cozy—perfect for a peaceful and restful stay. It was spotless, incredibly quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. What made it even better was the location. It’s literally right opposite Brent Cross Tube Station, making access to central London quick and super convenient. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a quiet retreat to relax, this place is ideal. Ramona was a wonderful host, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Natasha was the most helpful gracious host that anyone traveling needing a excellent place to rest while you’re taking in London. I will most definitely be booking again.

The Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home from home in a peaceful yet accessible location. It is extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book here again if we were in this area. Thank you, Julie.

Great host and lovely little spot. The accommodation was exactly what we needed and was clean and nice and simple all round.

We stayed at Gabrielle's converted barn a few weeks ago and in a word... amazing. The venue was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the cottage and utilised the field one of the evenings. Gabrielle's husband (never got his name!) was helpful and gave directions to some places in the locality as well as being very happy to show us the field connecting to the garden. A small mention of their kids who were fantastically mannered! If there was one complaint... it would be that this venue is undersold! The green space and reservoirs are beautiful. It's truly a gem and we will be hoping to stay again soon!!!

Annemarie's studio was perfect for our 3 night stay; good location for us visiting relatives, and easy train access to London - West Ewell station 15 mins walk. Comfortable accommodation with everthing we needed in a quiet and private setting. Cafe's a short walk away for coffee and breakfast. Communication with Annemarie was great througout.

We had a lovely stay here for our weekends racing. It is in walking distance from the track, felt homely and comfortable when we wanted to chill in the evenings, will definitely be trying to book in here again when we return to Brands Hatch. Host was lovely and had great communication for a stress-free stay! Would recommend to anyone visiting Brands Hatch 😊

Had a wonderful stay. Simon was very helpful and met us upon arrival to show us around. Private and peaceful with a little terrace that was lovely both morning and evening. Simon checked in by message to make sure we were good and stopped in at the end to make sure we had enough time.

We had a wonderful time with family and Georgia’s place was perfect for us. Peaceful, in a lovely garden surrounded by many beautiful walks. Our favourite place to eat was The Jolly Farmer at Bramley (GU5 0HB) - an old fashioned English pub with good beers and great food.

I chose this place as an escape from my city-life engagements, so I loved the quiet; and the convenience of the location. It was my first time in St Albans, so there were lots to explore, most of them at walkable distance! Christina and her husband are lovely, helpful people; I enjoyed our conversations too. Her thoughtfully picked food/ snacks were perfect! (I mean, Horlicks and Prunes, who would have thought! 😍). I would totally stay with them again, if I get to come around again! The location of this beautiful listing is idyllic. I was only here for one evening while away for work, I was made to feel at home immediately by the farm dog (Ash). You’ll tire out far before he does while playing fetch. The peace and tranquility of the farm is so pleasant to be around. I was fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a long cycle around the county. The farm eggs were very welcomed and I purchased more to support local. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll struggle immensely to find something more beautiful and well valued. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Another peaceful stay with Philippa . Feels like our second home when visiting family in Essex . Nothing is too much trouble for Philippa she always goes the extra mile to ensure our stay is perfect . Would highly recommended.
