Spacious and quaint, renovated 1-bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian detached house in Sydenham, built 1881. Lovely well maintained communal garden. Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops.
