You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors

This is a wonderful garden base for your London adventure. A relaxed, modern space offering a calm & friendly environment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Finchley Central Station is just a short walk away, with the Northern Line & buses providing quick connections to central London & other key areas in just 20–30m. You'll also find a variety of shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants nearby. It is a 10m driving from Hampstead Heath, a vast park with panoramic views of London.

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to five guests as we have a chair bed in the office area. Our flat is in trendy Kensal Rise, close to Portobello market, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.
