Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Long Beach

I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Great communication even before I completed my booking. Very responsive with any questions, concerns or problems ( didn’t have any problems) Very respectful and make sure he’s a familiar face. He’s very chill & has a kind heart, even helped wash some of the linens. Recommended food and things to do in the area as well. Definitely would recommend staying here. I will be booking again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Located about 10 minutes from the beach by walking. We appreciated the parking permit to park in the streets, which could be challenging in many areas in California. Area was quiet and safe during our short stay.

This place is exactly as described. The host was helpful. Everything was perfect! Beautiful and clean! I would recommend.

We didn’t stay at this location for long. We were in the area to go to Disneyland & that’s where we spent two solid days. It was quick trip. This home was perfect to crash our tired bodies after 16hrs of park excitement. It was comfortable and extremely clean. We would consider staying there again if we ever make it back to Disneyland.

Location can’t be beat if you want a nice base for exploring all the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood but just 10-15 minutes (walking) away from all the cute stuff. Apartment was adorable and very small. Ideal for 1 person, but got a little tricky to navigate where to put luggage etc for 2 people. I think the space above this one is also an Airbnb, and there was a good amount of walking around upstairs, but nothing major. That said I’d stay here again!

Great host and clean house

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

Lia was very friendly and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable of the area. I 100% would recommend this property. It has a large yard with a hot tub and bbq grill. This property is super close to SoFi Stadium and the airport.

Our family enjoyed everything about Autumn's home. The amenities are perfect for families who range in age and its not far from the amusement parks. I highly recommend booking with Autumn.

If you are looking for a cozy home away from home for you and another, the bungalow is perfect! It is everything the host describes! We stayed here for 3 nights for our sons graduation from University of La Verne and we are wondering why we didn't stay here before while he attended!! We will Def be sharing this with all the other baseball families with children still attending! It is so convenient to everything! Thank you so much Linda and we will be back for Alumni games so we will definitely be repeats!!!

Although I didn’t get to meet Marie, she was still a great host! Her place was very clean, and just as pictured. I was able to keep in contact with her very easily! Highly recommend

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Great location - we wanted to stay near our son. Walked every morning to get great cup of coffee. Super workout facility. Covered parking spot ✅ also was able to get some laundry done in the middle of our long trip. Would stay again!

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

This was a great stay in Alysa Viejo. Beautiful well stoked home centrally located easy to find and a breeze to check in. Jess was an awesome host.

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)

The place was nice, we just had a hard a really bad time finding a parking spot, the next day we decided it was nos worth moving the car all day
