Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Long Island City, Queens

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.

Karin was very kind throughout our stay. He brought us water and was very accommodating. The studio is nice and comfortable, I had a very peaceful stay. Perfect for a short day/weekend trip.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We had a great stay at Maritza's place in Stamford. It was the perfect distance to the wedding venue that we were visiting for. The place was the perfect size for our group and it was very clean. It was a very hot weekend and there was air conditioning in every room, which was nice. Maritza was responsive if we needed help with something and during the initial booking process. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

We really enjoyed staying here!!! The apartment was spotless and private. There is your own backyard with a fire pit and lights in the backyard that make it so serene. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your clothes in. We felt so at home and it was so peaceful! There is a Keurig with really unique coffee flavors to try....The bed is very comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb's. I am so glad we found it. The hosts were available via text and made sure our stay was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Def an ideal place to getaway.

Stay here was great! We were in the area for an anniversary and this place worked well for my mom, who is on the elderly side and can't reallyy do steps. We were in Flushing and LI, so this worked well (aside from traffic, but that's NY for you). We had a slight issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but our hosts came immediately to our message and all was fixed in a matter of minutes. Safe space, comfortable beds, easy to park and access. Thanks so much for having us, would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

I really enjoyed the unit. The building was very peaceful. I love the parking spot out back very accessible to getting to New York and through the tunnel. Grocery store was right around the corner. Everything was clean and well maintained very spacious. Mabel was extremely communicative. She’s such a grace host. Me and my family really enjoyed. The unit would definitely rent it again. Our stay in CT was truly as peaceful and relaxing as it could get! The cottage was in pristine condition and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this lovely space to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The host is very responsive as well which made checking in and out super easy for us.

Michael was very hospitable, he made me and my dog feel right at home. He was super kind to my dog, and let her run around his backyard. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There were also miles of trails not even a block from his home.

The Lakehouse was perfect for our toddler and baby. The easy access to a private beach was amazing - we loved being able to go in and out in between naps and having dinner on the deck next to the house looking out at the water. Our toddler loved all the toys in the house which was essential to keeping her entertained during the rainy day! There is also a little one way street outside the house and we enjoyed having family walks - overall this was such a fun trip for our family. Thank you for hosting Nathaniel and Brittany!

Zahra was an amazing host and I love how she kept the property. Everything was beautifully furnished and modern. My group couldn’t help but consider whether we could have spent another night. Looking forward to booking this cabin again in the future!

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.

Our stay at Emily’s lake place was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! We were there for the week leading up to and including our son’s graduation from West Point, which is an hour from “the lake place,” as we affectionately called it. The West Point portion of our week was both wonderful and stress-filled with lots of travel back and forth between the two places, so the fact that the lake place was exactly as advertised was such a relief! The weather was cold and rainy for our entire week there, yet our stay in Emily’s cabin was peaceful, relaxing, and fun-filled. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including the spices for cooking! Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The bathrooms were spotless, as was every room. The views of the lake were truly spectacular!! As we were packing up to leave, my daughter said, “they thought of EVERYTHING!” And she was right. If we ever stay in the area again, we will definitely book Emily’s place!
