We have been in this airbnb before and now we were back. We loved it again! Thank you so much! Perfect located little condo with everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located, just a short walk to local restaurants and the beach. Anne and Thomas were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for getting around the area. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be staying here again!😊

We had an excellent stay! It was so close to the beach!! I am celiac, so having two GF accommodating restaurants right down the road really was a blessing too! Plenty of space, nice A/C, we had a great Memorial weekend.

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

This place is adorable! It is absolutely perfect for a beach trip. They provided everything! They have beach towels and basic beach necessities like and an umbrella and chairs which is great because if you’re flying, that stuff is hard to bring. Sandra was amazing! Very responsive and kind, I felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We had such a great weekend trip staying at this beautiful spot on Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect, just steps from both the beach and a pool, which was ideal for our two teenage girls. There was plenty to do in the area! The space was just right for the four of us. It was comfortable, clean, and well-organized with a charming island vibe that made it feel like a true getaway. Everything we needed was there, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our host, Marc, was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive, helpful, and incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our trip even more stress-free. It’s not often you come across such a thoughtful and accommodating host. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Marc again for future stays and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

Great location - and super comfy bed! Also amazing that there were beach chairs, towels, & even a wagon! Made it super easy and comfortable to walk to the beach and relax.

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

This place was amazing! The unit was really nice and had all the amenities and more that we needed. We were able to cook our own food very easily. They had pots, pans, sharp knives, seasoning (and more than just salt/pepper), blender, and toaster. Being able to play at the beach right outside the unit, rinse off with the hose at the gate, and then jump in the pool was really nice! Can't say enough great things about it! Would definitely stay here again!

Allan's Madiera Beach condo was amazing. First off: On. The. Beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony. First floor overlooking the pool and tiki huts give a great vibe. We went from inside the unit to standing in sand in seconds. Second: You are as close as you can get to the shops and bars and restaurants at John's Pass. Also close to the drawbridge to Treasure Island, which is fun to watch raise up to let sailboats through. Perfect location. Third, the unit is immaculately clean, and amazingly organized. Kitchen countertop was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out all our vacation snacks. We used the microwave and the oven and the blender and the coffee maker and the dishwasher, all great. Pull out bed in the living room was super comfy, our 11 year old slept on it every night no problem. TV and wifi were flawless. King bed was nice and comfy, bathroom was great. Back closet was FULL of beach gear. Whatever you need they've probably got one. Final verdict: paradise.

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

As a fellow host on Airbnb, I can certainly appreciate a clean place to stay. So many places fall short of this, but I have to say that Akira’s condo met the mark in cleanliness. The condo is also a short walk to the beach which came in extra handy in the evening when we watched the sun set over the ocean. Overall, we had a great time and would book again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here, everything was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed there nothing more, nothing less. The location to turn into the parking lot comes up fast so make sure to pay attention or you'll miss it. The beach is just across the street and a crosswalk is just a few steps away. We'd love to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The view! The beach! Such a perfect family vacation for my husband and 4 high school aged kids. We rented bikes for the kids for the week from Beach Bums (they dropped them off and picked them up from the condo) which allowed them to get around. Morgan had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to a well stocked kitchen to prepare laid back dinners. We saw a manatee swim right by us as we floated in the pristine gulf waters just steps from our front door, loved the service and burgers just a walk away at Skinny’s, cooled off with several pina coladas from the Manatee Beach Bar, visited The Creperie several times during the week, and found the best grouper tacos to be at Harry’s. This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and have only good things to say about the location and about Morgan and her amazing condo. Morgan, thanks for your attentiveness and prompt responses and providing a space for our family to create lasting memories. I would recommend this condo 💯!!!!

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

We couldn’t be more happier on choosing to stay here! We definitely enjoyed our honeymoon stay! It was exactly what we needed! Very cozy and very clean! Nathalie was very flexible and responsive. Having the pool and jacuzzi was a plus! We definitely enjoyed and are very grateful for this once in a lifetime getaway! If we ever in the area, will definitely choose staying here again! Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

Perfect oasis for a tropical getaway! Everything was just as described. Really enjoyed the use of bikes and Honeymoon Island is absolute paradise! Lori ands Gary were very attentive and quickly handled anything we needed!

Ervin’s place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We were able to cook whatever we wanted. The queen mattress is soft. i have back pain so I slept on the twin bed. The pools were well heated. One of the saunas was not working and was not fixed the 3 weeks we were there. We discovered that the vacationers go year after year and thus many friendships are made. The condo is conveniently located with Publix a 4-5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around. The Gulf beaches are nearby. Ervin did not harass us with many rules as others have done. Felt comfortable.
