"Mazot" cottage in a green setting with private garden. Located in the heart of the Haut Jura Natural Park and the lake region, at an altitude of 820 m, the chalet is a true haven of peace. Lake Etival 1.5 KM away, shops 9 KM away (Clairvaux-les-Lacs), cross-country ski slopes 6 KM away, downhill ski slopes 30 minutes' drive away. Numerous walks or mountain biking to do from the chalet. Other activities include water sports, horseback riding, tree climbing, snowshoeing, sledding, all within 15 KM.

Our compact studio is part of our modern chalet built in 2016. We are 3 km from the nearest ski station the "Jouvencelles" with many more within proximity. There are trails for walking and cross country skiing which depart from our chalet. 6 km from Les Rousses. There are also all of the basic commodities at 500meters: iceskating, muséum, restaurant, grocery shop and cake shop. Our studio has an amazing vue over the mountains where very often we can see the deers grazing in the mornings.

You will stay in an outbuilding of an old renovated farmhouse, with panoramic views of the Combe d'Ain: peace and quiet are guaranteed. No direct neighbors. Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials.
