It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Schöne Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands. Kenn ist ca. 10 Autominuten von Trier entfernt und lädt zu Spaziergängen in den Weinbergen ein. Im Ort befindet sich ein Metzger, Bäcker und ein Wassertretbecken. Die nächste Stadt (Schweich) ist 4km entfernt. Kenn liegt an mehreren gut ausgebauten Radwegen auf denen man in alle Richtungen starten kann (Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden). (Zusatzinformation: Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer kann nicht genutzt werden)

Apartment in Ruwer - quiet altitude

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.
