Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Perfectly located at the very beginning of the Grands Crus route, this newly renovated 50 m2 accommodation will welcome you back from your walks in the Côte des Vins, or from a visit to our beautiful city of Dijon which is only 20 minutes by car. The highway exit is only 10 minutes away, making the apartment useful for a short stop before you get back on the road. 160 bed in the bedroom and two very comfortable beds for 1 and 2 people in the living room.
