Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned for its hikes, Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre are nearby and the sea is 1 hour's drive away.

Welcome to Concombre Cottage, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. 1 dog allowed per stay, 2 dogs on request. Dogs must be kept on a lead in garden areas. Our spacious private two bedroom cottage renovated to a high spec in 2022 is ideal for a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities.
