You will have a pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with balcony in the heart of Lille, right next to the Palais des Beaux Arts and the Place de la République. Gîte du Plateau de Fléquières (apple tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

A proximité du centre de gestion 59 pour les concours (10min à pied), et du stade Pierre Mauroy pour les concerts et événements sportifs (20min à pied ou 5 min en voiture).
