Holiday rentals with a patio in Lopar

The place was as advertised and the host was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely see to check if the place is available next time I visit Baska.

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

Host is very friendly. Very nice accommodation, even with a pool. Very clean. Unfortunately, you can't walk to the city or the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Robert's accommodation, we lacked nothing. 🤩 We were personally received and immediately received a few very nice and helpful tips for the area. No matter what question you had, Robert was always quick to reach and helped us. :) The absolute highlight is of course the beautiful and sunny roof terrace, but we also enjoyed using the balcony and the barbecue area. All in all, it was an incredibly beautiful stay. The surroundings are quiet and very idyllic, you can go swimming as you please, as there is always a private jetty available. ⛱️ We'd love to come back. ☀️

We had a great time. The apartment is two steps from the sea and the view from each floor is beautiful. But the most beautiful is the pool with a view of the sea. I'm in love with this view. The owner of the apartment, Duje, is very sensitive. I recommend Duje's apartment. And I'd love to come back. The accommodation is 100% as shown in the photo

We felt very comfortable at Manuela's. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Manuela and Thomas greeted us very nicely and provided us with tips.

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

I liked everything at the highest level! Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments. There is everything for your stay, down to the smallest details! Beautiful view of the sea, and the old town. All the sights are within a few minutes' walk, the beaches are all nearby, clean and comfortable. A quiet and peaceful place. We were met by a grandmother, she is wonderful, so hospitable and pleasant. She showed us everything, and there were treats waiting for us on the table, it was very sweet and pleasant. In general, everything was very, very good!😊

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Walk 12 minutes to the sea and 15 minutes to the center of Krk.

Fabian and his family made us feel right at home. Wonderful cozy place, within walking distance of the beach, as well as the city centre. Would definitely recommend!
