L'appartement est simple sans prétention mais très calme au bord d'une ruelle pavée à l'ancienne.C'est un bon pied à terre pour visiter la vallée de la Drôme la drôme provençale ou une simple soirée étape pour les travailleurs . Le studio est doté d'un canapé convertible , au confort ferme ,qui peut servir occasionnellement de couchage (120/170 cm )pour 2 jeunes enfants voire un adulte

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
