Nice flat down a quiet street. Good value walking distance to a nice bit of the beach with a few quiet bars and restaurants, also access to the Marina walkable if you’re fit! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the lively end of the beach where there are a few more bars and restaurants. Monday morning is the market, which is the best place to buy fruit and vegetables. Dai super market is walking distance and well stocked and good value.

Javier has been very good host,the area is great,very quiet, next to the beach and the promenade, which is very nice. When we arrived it was very hot,and we really like the detail of having a couple of bottles of water and ice so we could have something fresh on arrival. He was a very flexible host for the check-out time, which was very good for us. I highly recommend it.

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay to repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and friendly with any questions or requests. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Apartment is spacious, beautiful and all amenities are there. Parking, towels, toiletries, linens, terraces with furniture, great air conditioning, info in different languages including Dutch and so much more. I can't think of anything that could be better. Apartment itself is in new urbanization where everything seems fine. Communication with Pass The Keys® is very good and smooth. 100% definitely recommended!

The host was kind and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and clean like my home. There is a nice beach within a 5-minute walk and shops nearby. Large grocery stores and shopping centers are a 15-minute drive away. It was a great place to stay for the price.

We were very last minute and they accommodated us which was great and was able to check in within an hour of booking. Over all excellent stay really clean spa and pool was great addition felt modern and luxurious Great views from the solarium Lots of shops and bars in the area great value for money

clean and well located apartment near the beach and restaurants,it was very hot but it was general throughout the area with fans. You can sleep well. Luis is very kind and gives you all the facilities to enter and leave the apartment. A very pleasant week

The apartment is fantastic for a few days of rest. Beach 100 meters away, restaurant areas and fair 200 meters away. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The hosts have been very kind. We will definitely repeat!!

Very communitive host, lovely clean, well style apartment, we arrived at night so the nearest open supermarket was 20 mins walk , during the day there are nearer ones. The apartment was lovely well styled and clean, great to have a tv so when the nights are chillier you can relax and watch a movie. The location to the beach and bars was great. We used the pool area and took the sunbeds down we really enjoyed swimming in the pool. the terrace in the morning is perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

Excellent penthouse exactly as shown in the photos. Very easy to find and left over in equipment. I would only improve the cleaning since the furniture was full of dust which caused us allergies and the cleaning of the banos upon entering can improve. Otherwise a top penthouse...

Perfect apartment, good location and quiet. I had a bunch of things that make your stay more comfortable. Kitchen (toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, as well as everything you need). Living room (computer, we carry our own, but it is a detail, huge tv, lights, beautiful lamps), large garage square and wide entrance, which in the area are not all. Sheets, towels, etc ..... very good. With pleasure and taking care of the details

apartment very close to the beach, quiet area and with many restaurants nearby. The apartment does not have a/c but it does have two ceiling fans that make the stay more pleasant.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Very good stay, Daniel responds quickly if there are any problems, the accommodation is great, with magnificent views. Only small negative point is that it takes 25 minutes to go up the Manga so if you want to go for a walk outside to take into account. But no complaints about the accommodation which is perfect. Thanks again!

Pictures does not do this place justice - the location is great and has a beatiful view of the sea from pretty much anywhere in the apartment!

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time, there wasn't a lot of sun but it had beautiful views! We were very comfortable!

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!
