Family-friendly holiday rentals in Los Cuarteros

Good location close to the beach, restaurants and playgrounds. Centrally located to both Cartagena & Murcia Centers. (A few places still closed as it is not summer season yet). Rooftop deck is large and very functional. Great spot for our family.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a weekend and the house was very comfortable with everything you need. The place is very clean and the owner is great. The pool is great. We 💯 will repeat and rent the apartment again. Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Thank you both for making me so welcome. I’ll see you again of that I’m certain. Carol.

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

John is a very welcoming host. The house is large and located in a large wooded and well-maintained garden. The large pool was much appreciated. For practitioners, a tennis class is available. We only want to come back! A parking space is available. We don't need to say we recommend this place to stay!

We were very surprised by the apartment. Beautiful views and very quiet. It exceeds expectations. But the best part was Paco. He treated us very kindly and explained everything we asked him, and he even gave us a great list of places to go and things to do. It's nice to be able to say that I'll be back because we were really comfortable. We would fall short saying everything, because I assure you that going here is well worth it. Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing few days at these apartments. Beautifully maintained inside and out and close to all the amenities of Villamartin Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
