The residence consists of 9 modern, low apartment blocks (3 floors). Our apartment has a large south based terrace with frontal view on a swimming pool. Private underground parking space available. Supermarket, hairdresser, bank, restaurants and bars at 10 minute walk.

Very good equipped townhouse, with a big terrace right over the pool (very sunny), in a very green and quiet "urbanization" Miraflores2. We have air-conditioning in every room. No windows of neighbors in the front of the house. WiFi, SmartTV. So, there is everything for the feeling "like at Home". The biggest shopping center in the area Boulevard La Zenia is within a distance of 15 min walking. Beach Playa Flamenca is also in 15 min of walking time.

Vi ønsker hjertelig velkommen til rekkehuset vårt med tre soverom, tre bad og en stor terrasse. Takterassen har solsenger, fine møbler og dusj. Veldig gode solforhold. Eiendommen vår er i perfekt stand og fullt utstyrt. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert. Rekkehuset ligger i et flott boligkompleks, har en godt vedlikeholdt hage, lekeplass, bocciabane og to bassenger. Det ene bassenget er oppvarmet på vinteren.
