There is definitely noise from neighboring bars, but we were able to sleep through it. Location was perfect and the pool was never busy. Worked perfect for our group of 6.

Amazing attention, super attentive, respectful, kind, friendly and always cared a lot about how we were. The place super cozy, equipped, clean, safe and private. The whole stay was spectacular.

A very nice and cozy accommodation, in a private area and easily accessible, with ease to be able to transit and mobilize in the area. Inside the apartment is extremely impeccable, and an incredible toilet stands out in all areas, it was a great pleasure to be able to sleep in the room and enjoy all the comforts offered, you can see the genuine interest and effort of the owners to build a cozy and clean space for the people who visit them. And the attitude and treatment of the hosts is super friendly and gentle, the hostess welcomes you super well and in a very courteous and gentle way, in general an incredible treatment. Super recommended and an option that I will be very present for a future trip to the Liberia area.

the modern feel of this airbnb felt fresh and comfortable. outside there is a large balcony where i loved to sit with my coffee, read, do yoga or meditate in peace, listening to the nature sounds around me and the water fountain while also gazing at the gorgeous trees. on my last morning i floated in the refreshing pool and watched monkeys playing in the trees overhead. the caretaker of the property was very sweet and friendly. i’m back home now but im missing the tree top balcony and vibes already. close to a few restaurants, a market and nice coffee shop. awesome large shower. thanks for the lovely stay!

Pictures do not do justice for this place. It’s a quite new and modern place. The living area is very clean. Bed is comfortable. There is also an open air kitchen area on the second floor and it’s quite comfortable to chill during day and night. We loved the dog Diva’s company. He is such a sweetheart. He waited at the gate for us to arrive, then after checking in, he showed us the town and different restaurants, and protected us during our night walk. In the morning he joined my husband for the beach walk. He was such a great local guide! The beach is one of the many great ones we have visited. It’s fit for snorkeling that we have heard. There’s a cool restaurant at the beach where you will enjoy the very good Italian dishes.

Camila was a great host. She was proactive with recommendations and very responsive when needed. The house was ideal, spacious and well located.

We really enjoyed the stay,Colton and Beto were very attentive to what we might need. The pool was very nice. We will definitely be booking again. I recommend it 100%.

quiet and clean place.. ideal for exploring the surrounding beaches

A very nice house, very clean, it has everything you need and more, it is about 35 minutes from the best beaches and the place where it is located is quite quiet. The host is always attentive and responds practically immediately. The only thing missing to make it perfect is a closed parking lot, otherwise no complaints.

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. The place is nice, it feels very safe to be there. A lot of comfort and the host is very friendly and quick to answer. Close to several beaches.

Great location, cozy and modern home, we would definitely go back to the place , as the only recommendation to improve the lock of the entrance gate!

This Condo was really great value. The pictures are accurate and the patio and its view are legit. Ilya was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Ilya makes sure the condo has all the amenities you would hope for (kitchen stuff, salt/pepper, beach towels/chairs, cooler, repellent, etc.). The condo is in a gated community manned 24/7, but you really don't need that in Coco, but it provides some peace of mind. It is semi walk-able. It is about 1/2 km to some nice restaurant/coffee shops and 1 km to the main road in town. You have to want to walk it as there is elevation getting back to the condo. So good exercise, or just a 3-5 min car ride to town. I had no issues parking but it was low season. Overall, this is a really great value and as advertised. It would work well for a single, a couple, or a couple with small children, but he 2nd room and shared shower could get small for more people than that.

We loved the house on the beach. It was so easy to find and check in to. There were more than enough beds in the flat and the air conditioning made it quite nice. Kitchen was well stocked; the only improvement could be that some of the appliances like the toaster looked old and I was reluctant to use it. Balcony was really great, hearing and seeing the ocean. The bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoos and tons of towels. Showerhead could be upgraded, though. Other than couple minor things, I would say this was a really great place to stay, totally value for money and I would say again

Lis's accommodation is in excellent condition just for a family trip, the location is excellent close to many beautiful beaches, we hope to return. My daughter's comment: I love the villa the pool was delicious very clean and the house is beautiful, I really liked that it was in front of the Potrero beach. I loved the terrace which has everything very nice. 😊🏖️

"A Breathtaking Stay at Flamingo Towers – Worth Every Penny!" My recent stay at Flamingo Towers in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, was nothing short of spectacular. The **breathtaking views** alone make this destination stand out—waking up to the sight of the Pacific Ocean stretching endlessly before me was an experience I’ll never forget. Beyond the natural beauty of Costa Rica, what truly elevated my stay was the "convenience and security" of this location. The property was well-maintained, with easy access to everything I needed, and I always felt completely safe. Britt, the host, was exceptional—his communication was seamless from start to finish, and his recommendations were top-notch. Whether it was dining, excursions, or local tips, he ensured that I experienced the best of what this paradise has to offer. Yes, the cost was higher due to peak season, but honestly, the view alone made it worth every penny!

Miguel's place was amazing! He has so many extra amenities and snacks I wasn't anticipating (we had some popcorn while watching a movie on one of the rainier days). He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We had an issue with one of the amenities but he was able to fix it very quickly and it didn't impact our stay, and he even gave us an extra bottle of bubbly to compensate for it. We were able to walk to some restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also, appreciated the full kitchen to be able to have breakfast at the bnb. We also scuba dove 2 days with Rich Cost Diving (right across the street) and had a blast seeing all the marine life like sharks and octopi. Miguel really went above and beyond by actually offerring to drop us at the airport since it was on his way. Overall, we really enjoyed his place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. Great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, coffee! I enjoyed my stay here and the WIFI made it easy for me to spend a week as a digital nomad. There is a grocery store nearby so I could stock up on water and food. I loved the option to cook breakfast and dinners when I didn't feel like going out. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers as it is secure and clean. Gracias!

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
