Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

T1 sea view and immediate beach access

Duplex studio located on the 3rd floor with terrace and sea view (mouth of the Aven and Belon rivers), you will only have to cross the road to reach Kerfany beach. Ideal for couples and 2 children max. Kayak rental, sailing school, playground, start of the GR34 trail on site. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). Non-smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). We specify that reservations for the period July /August are exclusively by the week (Saturday to Saturday)
