A big thank you to Konstantinos and Stelina for providing a beautiful apartment for their guests. We were delighted with the layout of the rooms, very modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen where nothing was missing (even a salad spinner and a measuring cup were there!) and with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed every 3rd day and linens are changed every 5th day, real luxury! It smells very pleasant, thanks to the well-selected fragrance sticks. For me, a good-smelling apartment is always very important and we appreciated it as well. The balcony is airy and after 10:00 in the shade, it is pleasant to endure and the beautiful view of Souda Bay is simply magnificent. Downtown is about 10 minutes by car, so you are quickly in the center, but also quickly outside in the evening. Ideal for people who want to enjoy city life but prefer to have it a little quieter. We felt very comfortable here! The location is perfect, by car you can easily get to many great beaches without having to drive extremely far. The room was as described, it was totally clean and was even cleaned once during our stay. The view was totally beautiful and to have breakfast on the balcony just mega! I have to give a small deduction, as the bed is quite small and the apartment is also very clairaudient... you unfortunately hear all the noises from outside and also from the neighbors... Thank goodness we had quiet neighbors, but if families with children live next door, it could be a bit louder. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied, the host is super friendly and gave us great recommendations! We would come back 🥹🥰

Thank you so much, Vasiliki!! We (2 families of 2 adults and 1 child) stayed here recently and had the most amazing time. Villa Merina is gorgeous - very clean, everything you need (and as described) with stunning views. The Villa is private and peaceful and the pool was an added bonus that the children particularly loved. We had hire cars - this is needed due to the location, and loved exploring the areas and taking in the scenery. Vasiliki is super friendly, helpful and responsive. We didn’t experience any issues during our 11 day stay. We highly recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Aoria house in Crete, and we must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Our hosts, Litsa and George, were truly exceptional! They were very warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. They genuinely cared about their guests' experience, which made our stay all the more special. Thank you for the delicious welcome basket and sweets which Litsa has prepared for us! The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic area of Crete, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The house itself is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, blending modern comforts with authentic Cretan charm. The private terraces are a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine. THANK YOU! We will surely come back some day.

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

I had a wonderful stay at the house. It is easily reachable by car, but very private. Sofia is a great host, who was kind enough to bake me some delicious vegan kalitsounia. The house was very clean and has absolutely everything you need. The terrace was cozy, with lots of plants, a big dining table, but also very comfortabel sunbeds (you can see the sunrise from the terrace, but from the end of the afternoon the terrace doesn't get any sun). I would absolutely recommend staying here.
