We felt right at home at Jane's place. everything was as listed, the place was super homey, and Jane was a great host.

We loved this house - negative reviews must have been a different property. If you live the Williams Bay Area it’s close and the house itself is perfect. The pool house gave my husband and I a quiet place to get away from it all and the main house is great for families and groups.

We could not have asked for a prettier, cozier house that felt like a welcoming family home. We shared meals, played games and enjoyed fun afternoons and evenings bowling, shopping, dining and enjoying the winter beauty of Geneva Lake, off-season. Kitchen was well-equipped for our needs as avid home cooks. TV and WiFi worked for all standard needs. Loved being bundled up under a blanket with my coffee in the living room, and my college - age son waking up to share coffee with me. One evening we made a fire and played board games. Caitlin was beyond responsive to basic questions regarding how the owner wanted us to close up the house at the end of our stay. We felt everything with the house functioned well and location is max 15 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Thank you again for making this Christmas gift to a Midwestern mom more than we could have hoped for, and for a great first-time Airbnb experience.

This was a fantastic Airbnb. Josh and Amanda were very responsive and checked in a few times throughout our stay. The neighborhood is wonderful as are the neighbors. The house was spotless and clean with plenty of space to relax. This place was close enough to White Pines State Park to visit with family. The pool provided a much needed break away from the high temps of the weekend. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to us. It was a wonderful stay!

The Novel Nest was an absolute delight. A large graciously appointed home with plenty of room for our party of 5. We especially enjoyed the decks on each level and the wildlife (deer and turkeys) wandering through the back yard. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and it was especially nice to have a kitchenette on the lower level where the kids stayed. Monica was a terrific host with prompt communication and assistance provided when requested. The location in Abbey Springs is phenomenal and we would definitely stay here again. Melinda & JR

Our family of 6 adults and one toddler had a great time staying at Mike’s property. The guys golfed on property and we took the toddler to both the indoor and outdoor pools. The younger adults also enjoyed the hot tub! The home was spacious enough for all of us, and the range of toys was a bonus - they kept the toddler happy the whole weekend!

We had an absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend at this incredible house! The place was spotless, and the pool was a hit with everyone—especially with all the fun toys provided. The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. This home is perfect for friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another stay. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Direct access to the river for those interested in fishing. Beautiful deck with lots of seating space to lounge and relax. The pool was perfectly heated. Lots of neat hiking trails in the area. Would definitely come back for another stay!

This is a great place with everything you need! We loved the outdoor seating and grill, the farm animals and the extremely clean home! Another bonus is the beautiful Forest Preserve with great walking paths just a short walk away! I definitely recommend this great place!

Outstanding!!! Kerry provided everything we could possibly need for our young family. The location is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flowers outside of the house. Clean and beautifully decorated. When we first stepped into the air BNB, we were immediately impressed with how lovely and spacious the house was. Thank you Kerry and team!

Our party of 5 (ages 51-85) had a wonderful stay in Deborah's house. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there is a lot of space for working, playing, and eating. The river views are just amazing! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one may need. We visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Laurent House and Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, both highly recommended. Overall, this is a great place, and we hope to come again next year.

This host is amazing, even though I’m not used to driving so far to Chicago. The property is very well-taken care of. However, I feel the housekeepers are slacking in reporting things. When I reported something was missing, the host was very quick to respond and make sure it was taken care of. I would definitely return if I ever needed to be in that area again!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. It was a very comfortable house for the two of us and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Anthony was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Erin’s place was a perfect retreat from Blackhawk farms Raceway. It was clean, quiet, with nice open spaces for a family gathering. It is also walking distance to a fantastic bakery in downtown Rockton.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The house was beautiful and met our needs in every way. I hope the next time I am in Rockford this wonderful house is available.

This cottage is so cute and great for families - extensive VHS library as well as board games and puzzles!

We had the Red House and the Blue Lakehouse for our group, and it was the perfect retreat. The Red House offers much-welcomed privacy when vacationing with a larger group. The bedroom has a nice desk for WFH professionals and a full kitchen with a coffee bar. It's a very cozy getaway!

The Bishop house was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was perfectly supplied with everything you needed to make meals. The location made you feel as though you were not even in town. We were even able to watch the local Ski Broncs perform on Friday night. We would definitely book here again.

The River House is perfect for a weekend get away or week long stay. Surrounded by national parks, and right on the Rock River there is plenty of beautiful outdoors to take in. Just down the road is a quaint Illinois town with home town restaurants and friendly people. No wonder Leslie is a super host, the home was pristine and she was extremely easy to communicate with. We strongly recommend!

Everything was great! Patrice's home was exactly what we were looking for. Our only regret is that it was December and we were not able to use the wonderful outdoor space. Thank you for opening your home to us!

we spent most of our time out on the deck, because the view is spectacular. And we just enjoyed all the seating that was available. We had a very relaxing time while we were there and we appreciate the use of this beautiful home. It will definitely be booked again. The next time I’m in the Rockford area.
