Quiet, narrow street with small houses in one of the city's oldest residential areas. Houses and gardens in the street are close together. Short distance to the city center, swimming areas and the historic area of Karl Johansvern. Walking distance to bus stop where you can take a bus to/from the city, or take a bus to/from Holmestrand train station.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Here you can live rural on a farm that is in daily operation, while living relatively central - 10 km to Horten, 19 km to Tønsberg, 12 km to Holmestrand and 3.5 km from exit 35 on E18. Many sights and places to visit! (Golf, beaches, museums, etc.). On the farm we do sheep, cereal, feed production and raspberries. Some noise from the drift will occur, as there is work that needs to be done with different machines and cars. The brewery house is a bit by itself in the yard, with its own garden and porch.

Enten på stranda, rundt borrehaugene, og ved museumene på Karljohansvern. 10 minutters gange til Rørestrand for et friskt bad. 10-15 minutter til fergekai og sentrum. 30 minutter til Midgard viking senter og borreparken langs kyststien, som er 5 minutter fra hybelen. This place is originally used the most when we have guests, it is now renting out on Airbnb as it is a shame it is unused.
