At about 30 meters there is the famous Lungomare promenade which leads to Opatija and offers numerous recreational and relaxation activities (walking, fitness park, jogging, beach bar, sup, kayak, canoe,...). It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
