The apartment is 25m2, terrace 15m2 From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, overlooking the Adriatic Sea and high Mediterranean palm trees. At about 30 meters there is the famous Lungomare promenade which leads to Opatija and offers numerous recreational and relaxation activities (walking, fitness park, jogging, beach bar, sup, kayak, canoe,...). Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The price is 80cent per hour from 7am till 6pm and from 6pm till 7am 40cent per hour On weekend's the city parking Gomila Square is free of charge from Saturday 2pm till Monday 7am. There is also free parking 2km away from the apt.
