Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lower Franconia

Great place and very clean.

We were very satisfied with the stay. There are tons of toys for children. There is a great barbecue area and the house is well equipped. All in all, both the house and the garden are very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Elke’s place felt at home and we loved how she left us a few special gifts that were so welcoming including local wine and protein bars. Elke communication along the way was terrific and helpful. I especially like that she made it so easy with the lockbox and clear instructions. The town was peaceful and a perfect retreat for us between Frankfurt airport and Rothenberg. We especially enjoyed a local meal that was walkable and also welcoming. The house was much larger than we realized with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Elke was very warm and we wish we got a chance to meet her as you can just tell how much she cares about her guests and making everything so comfortable. She is quite thoughtful and helpful. It was just what we needed before departing Germany and a terrific end to our trip.

Very cozy accommodation. Unfortunately, there were three of us there for only one night, but you would like to stay there longer. Paul is also a very nice host.

The house was good, but with room for improvement. The bedrooms are sufficiently large, but the two bathrooms are almost too small. The kitchen is sufficient, if you do not cook elaborately. The dining table is somewhat in the way of getting to the refrigerator. The living room looks spacious. For us, too much decoration everywhere, so that there is hardly any room for our own stuff. Where to put the clothes and towels? A few more hooks would be good. The garden is beautiful, and a beer tent set is available for eating outside. Unfortunately, there was not enough furniture for sitting outside comfortably. The big TV has challenged us, the classic TV channels have hidden themselves. A house folder would be helpful for this and also, for example, for the color system of the trash cans. All the little things that help me to struggle with the 5 stars. Nevertheless, the house can be recommended without reservation.

We were with 3 couples and 1 dog for 3 nights in the Rothäuser Mühle. Bernhard and Susanne are great, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always helpful and approachable, yet mindful of guests' privacy. Great! We felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Everything your heart desires. Our dog spent the whole day outside on the spacious grounds and we didn't want to do a big city tour because it was so nice to sit there under shady trees and enjoy the free days together. We will be happy to come back!

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.

We spent our family weekend at Forsthaus Zieglerfeld and are simply enthusiastic about the house, the amenities and the property. We didn't miss anything and we immediately felt at home! The forest house is very stylishly and harmoniously furnished - just beautiful! For us, it was perfect that each room had its own bathroom! Thanks to the great weather, we were able to make extensive use of the yard and garden, with sun loungers, children's toys, fire bowl,... The Forsthaus is simply a gem! We'll be back! Thanks to Carmen for the homemade apple pie with which we were welcomed - delicious!!

Harald and Martin are great hosts. The communication was very pleasant – they always responded quickly and helped us with all our concerns. The room looks exactly like the photos, is stylishly furnished, and we felt very comfortable and welcome here. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Our little dog was also very relaxed in the apartment. There are many green spaces in the area, ideal for walks with the dog.

Due to the late check-in time, the nearby supermarket is closed, Kathrin was very enthusiastic about helping to prepare food in advance. The house is very spacious and well-equipped, making people feel as comfortable as living in their own home. The garden and lawn outside the window is a very relaxing and recommended quality listing

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Markus was the most helpful host we have ever experienced through Airbnb! The home was spacious and clean. Great recommendations from Markus! Loved being able to walk and explore Würzburg. Markus was very helpful with arrival and departure. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Beautiful, spotless space and calm little village. The room was exactly as advertised and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to find with the instructions from Sandra. She was very responsive and a great host, despite us arriving so late (DB drama), she was very understanding and welcomed us with kuchen. Unfortunately our days were packed so we could not enjoy the accommodation to its fullest extent, but it was a great place to come back to after a day of activities. Would certainly return! Just a note, we came with a small van, and it was quite difficult to make the turn and get up the steep hill to the hof for parking. It would certainly be a lot easier for those with a smaller/normal sized car, but in case you are also in a bit of a bigger vehicle, just note you will have to turn a few times to make it work.

Very nice forest house with spacious old building apartment in a charming Franconian village & with an equally charming host. Franconia is just around the corner, Bamberg is just a stone's throw away by car, and in every hamlet there are great breweries to stop at. Definitely a place to come back to.

We spent the family weekend with three generations at Dorothea's farm. The apartment had an optimal layout, the rooms and the bathroom were clean, the kitchen contained everything necessary and the large table is ideal for shared food. The highlight was the garden incl. Swing and slide as well as a yard with countless games and vehicles (badminton, table tennis, bobby car, small tractors etc). We spent the evenings around the campfire in the yard. Communication with Dorothea was super straightforward, friendly and very flexible. We would come back any time and felt at home.

I can recommend the brick mill 100 percent. The arrival was very pleasant, friendly welcome, parking right outside the door, play barn directly opposite, so you have a nice view of the children when unloading. Great activities: we enjoyed the barbecue and campfire with the hosts very much, just like our trip to the Ansbach adventure pool and the children's hiking trail Rüdisbronn. The brick mill is very quiet. Really great if you want to unplug for a few days. No negative aspects.

Lovely place to stay in the south of Spessart. Dog friendly, perfect for walking and bird watching. Cozy fireplace.

An idyllic retreat with warm hosts! Our expectations were far exceeded during our stay at Paul and Anne's cabin. The location is simply perfect, nestled in a campsite and right on the edge of the forest, the cabin offers a wonderful mix of nature experience and coziness. Paul and Anne are extraordinarily friendly and attentive hosts. Paul provided us with fantastic tips for trips in the area, recommendations for shopping and great restaurants. His insider tips were great and greatly enriched our explorations. The cabin itself is optimally and lovingly furnished. every detail is consistent and adds to a really cozy atmosphere. We can highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a break in nature while not giving up comfort and warm hospitality. Thank you, Paul and Anne, for an unforgettable stay
