Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lower Franconia

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

Elke’s place felt at home and we loved how she left us a few special gifts that were so welcoming including local wine and protein bars. Elke communication along the way was terrific and helpful. I especially like that she made it so easy with the lockbox and clear instructions. The town was peaceful and a perfect retreat for us between Frankfurt airport and Rothenberg. We especially enjoyed a local meal that was walkable and also welcoming. The house was much larger than we realized with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Elke was very warm and we wish we got a chance to meet her as you can just tell how much she cares about her guests and making everything so comfortable. She is quite thoughtful and helpful. It was just what we needed before departing Germany and a terrific end to our trip.

My mother and aunt had a wonderful stay in Hammelburg! The apartment is fantastically beautiful and really something very special. Above all, the technical equipment and the bathroom inviting you to relax - simply great! The location is unbeatable central. The hosts are also perfect, very friendly, always available. It doesn't get any better! A clear recommendation.

There were four of us for 5 nights of mountain biking in the accommodation. The location is ideal for starting the diverse MTB routes, including single trails. We also felt very comfortable in the house. Everything is there to take care of yourself. The kitchen and living room are generously sized and communication with Stefanie was great. The house is cozy, offers plenty of space and everything you need is available. On the first evening, the stove warmed us with a wood fire. The oversized blankets in the bed were also pleasant. We felt completely comfortable.

More of a single-family house (on the 1st & 2nd floor) than an apartment, really great private. Roller shutters allow you to sleep in the dark. An old building, but nicely renovated inside! We felt very comfortable.

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were already greeted super friendly on the street and immediately got a tour of the apartment. Everything was as described and there was even a fresh fruit basket for us as well as treats and water for the dogs. If we train nearby again, we will definitely check if there is space here again. Our stay at Katja's place was pleasant. The space was clean and well-maintained, with new utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. The surrounding area was quiet, providing a restful environment. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A particular highlight for our young kid were the toys provided. However, it’s worth noting that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring several flights of stairs. Overall, a suitable accommodation for a tranquil getaway.

Great house with plenty of space for our hiking group. Beautiful accommodation that invites you to linger. Large dining table and balconies to get some air... there is also a garden. Plenty of space in the rooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful quiet area and also great as a starting point for hikes. Communication and check-in went very smoothly and we can only recommend it. We were able to enjoy being guests in Sabine's cozy apartment. For us, the location, amenities, etc. were perfect. We would be happy to come back if we come back to the region.

If you want to feel at home while on vacation, you've come to the right place! Wonderful, fully equipped dream apartment with many small surprises. From check-in, welcome greeting, dream terrace by the stream to linger, to surroundings that invite you to hike, completely uncomplicated check-out, it's just perfect and beautiful! We felt "super comfortable" and would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located house. The surroundings are idyllic and invite you to hike in the vineyards. Everything in the house was clean, well-maintained and perfectly prepared. The check-in was straightforward, so we could arrive directly and enjoy the (short) vacation. Beds are very comfortable, we slept well. The shopping facilities directly on site are also practical - so we were able to take good care of ourselves at any time. The connection to public transport is also great, so we could easily make excursions to the surrounding area. Overall, it was a completely successful stay for us. We can fully recommend the house!

Barbara's place was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place in nature, perfect for unwinding. Plus a really nice house that has been designed with a lot of heart. You can feel it immediately :) Barbara herself is a very warm and helpful host. Communication was absolutely smooth, open and friendly. Great place, phenomenal hosts, pristine apartment with all what it takes to have a great time. However, the Belvilla organization did not funnel my requests to the hosts regarding children's bed etc. Fortunately, the hosts were very helpful and took care of it instantaneously.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra and Pit's beautiful home. The house is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts. The beds are lovely and linen and towels are of excellent quality. The kitchen is the heart of the house and we have served for hours with a view of a cozy crackling fireplace. The view of the hills and woods is beautiful and soothing. It really is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax. Alexandra and Pit are the perfect hostess and hostess. They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay. If you want to pamper yourself with a luxury stay in a beautiful area, this is the house you have to book!

Very nice house without a lot of frills, stylishly furnished. Good hiking trails nearby. Restaurants are not easy to find.

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers enough space and is well equipped. In the house, you will find plenty of tips for excursions. Communication with Susann was easy and pleasant.
