Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower Franconia

The owners are very accommodating, nice and helpful. The apartment was sparkling clean and has everything your heart desires - coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The two separate bedrooms are great (we were there with a child). The information about the app and the key box directly at the apartment door make the arrival easy and independent.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and yet you can quickly reach Bamberg city center by bus. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offers a large terrace. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

A separate entrance, a cozy little terrace with a view of the greenery and the quiet location complete the feeling of well-being. We were guests at Herbert and his family's over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness - everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Sanela's for a short girls' trip and we are totally thrilled. Sanela is a likeable and super friendly hostess who welcomed us warmly. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and everything we needed is available. Especially nice for us as single moms was the super clean apartment :D and the quiet location on the outskirts with a beautiful view from the balcony. Fulda can be reached in just a few minutes and is a very special city with flair. There you can eat and shop well and also do some sightseeing. We would like to come back - this time for longer. And we highly recommend Sanela's accommodation!

The communication was impeccable and so we were able to quickly find the key and the entrance. The apartment is clean and modernly equipped. There is everything you need for a short (or longer) stay. The beautiful terrace with the many solar lights was our highlight - as well as of course the feathered roommates in front of the kitchen window. We can 100% recommend Bettina's apartment:)

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

Elke’s place felt at home and we loved how she left us a few special gifts that were so welcoming including local wine and protein bars. Elke communication along the way was terrific and helpful. I especially like that she made it so easy with the lockbox and clear instructions. The town was peaceful and a perfect retreat for us between Frankfurt airport and Rothenberg. We especially enjoyed a local meal that was walkable and also welcoming. The house was much larger than we realized with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Elke was very warm and we wish we got a chance to meet her as you can just tell how much she cares about her guests and making everything so comfortable. She is quite thoughtful and helpful. It was just what we needed before departing Germany and a terrific end to our trip.

My mother and aunt had a wonderful stay in Hammelburg! The apartment is fantastically beautiful and really something very special. Above all, the technical equipment and the bathroom inviting you to relax - simply great! The location is unbeatable central. The hosts are also perfect, very friendly, always available. We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

More of a single-family house (on the 1st & 2nd floor) than an apartment, really great private. Roller shutters allow you to sleep in the dark. An old building, but nicely renovated inside! We felt very comfortable.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It is huge and lovingly furnished, everything is available and sparkling clean. Philipp personally welcomed us, showed us everything and explained. In the summer temperatures, we enjoyed the coolness in the apartment and the shady seating area outside. We were in the apartment for a weekend with two families. You have enough space, a great kitchen and everything is simple, but very lovingly furnished. We were received super nice. A clear recommendation from us. We felt comfortable.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is as described or pictured in the photos. The previously criticized bathtub no longer exists, instead a great rain shower. Especially with a dog a great location,as you are on dirt roads within a few meters. To Würzburg is about 15 minutes by car.

Olja’s apartment was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had all the amenities I could ask for: a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and a super clean bathroom stocked with toiletries like shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. And even some nice little touches like coffee, tea, spices, etc. Everything worked perfectly, and the space felt very welcoming and clean. Olja is easy to communicate with and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Thank you Olja :)
