Holiday rentals with beach access in Lower Grand Lagoon

The Bird's Nest was perfect for our stay! We had everything we needed and Chuck was quick to respond to any inquiries! Sitting on the dock was peaceful every morning. The paddleboards and kayaks were certainly an added bonus. The overall location is perfect... close to restaurants and stores.. and also a pretty quick drive to the beach! Very nice to be away from the "beach" hustle and bustle but also close enough if you want to go! Great experience and hope to return in the future. Would highly recommend! 😎🌞

This is everything you need in a condo. Very good location. Right on the beach with easy access to beach. Clean and every amenity you could need for your stay with extra sheets towels. We definitely will recommend for any small family or couple. And we will be back for sure

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for everyone, great location and beach was steps away. Jon was nice enough to let us stay an extra day, and had great communication the whole time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone with a group. We are already planning on coming back next year!

I loved the backyard, and the pool is excellent. I went in March, and it was still a little cool. The owner had the pool heated and ready to go, and the house had everything you needed. It's hard to pick off pictures and write-ups, but this one was better than I expected, and I am grateful. They communicated very well.

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. Natalie was the absolute best! Very responsive and quick to reply. She helped not only me, but two of my other baseball families book a house as well. House was stunning. Very clean and furnished with things you need, but didn’t have to go out and buy right away. We had a wonderful stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. :) Highly recommended!!

The house was so cute! Curtis had all the things you may need to fully enjoy your beach vacation. Beds were all super comfortable and all linens were spotless. Close to the beach, great restaurants and adult fun. The house is pet friendly and had a golf cart rental option which was awesome for us. Curtis was very responsive and gave great suggestions on cool places to check out. We had a blast and will definitely be back.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Regency Towers! The kid-friendly pool was a huge hit, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The condo itself felt so homey and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The host was also incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place for a family-friendly getaway!

This was one of our families favorite trips! The views are amazing! The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated! We loved the location on the quieter end of Thomas Drive!! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were so nice!!!

This condo was PERFECT for our family beach adventure/trip. It was just right for our family of 4, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away. My two kiddos also loved the pool! The condo is so comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. Our host was so great with communication ahead of our trip, as well as during it. The surrounding area and beach access was very family-friendly. We also took advantage of the on-site grills and cooked dinner a couple of times. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely use it again on our next trip! We love PCP!
