Big Sunny Room in Huge DUMBO Loft

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was better than what i expected tbh. I’m from manhattan so the location was perfect you’re right around everything and the trains are easily accessible IYKYK. Only thing i disliked was the shower. I just don’t like showers that don’t have the window and the curtain kept blowing on me while i showered hut other than that everything was fine. My keycard deactivated itself in the middle of the night when i got back and i called the number at the desk and they answered and took care of it right away. Would stay again if it’s just me or one other person. It’s perfect for that

Laura's home felt like mine the first minute! She was so warm and welcoming that it was like staying with a friend, not being a paid guest. Laura made it easy to settle in and was very accommodating of my schedule. Her apartment is lovely, her rooftop patio is fantastic, and I can't say enough about her couch. Stay with Laura and find out yourself.

A refreshingly warm and delightfully appointed place. Andrew is on site, and the place has a warmth missing in a lot of places, particularly those run by services. Great decor, some of which Andrew makes. Comfy bed, quite quiet, and Andrew was a quick, concise and friendly communicator. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

I had a wonderful time staying with Nader and Evie and their two lovely cats! They are amazing hosts and were always down for a chat, were very quick to respond, super helpful and had great tips for things to do. The appartment was very nice, I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline and I slept very well in the lovely bed. The neighborhood is fantastic as well. You’re surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, and cafés. And you can get anywhere super easily with the metro and a lot of places are also withing walking or biking distance. I can definitely recommend staying with them when visiting NYC! It was my first time visiting NYC, but if, or I should probably say when, I return I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Evie and Nader again!

My husband and I grew up visiting NYC as we have family there. We are familiar with staying in various hotels and airbnbs in and out of the city. This place was AWESOME!!! It's like a 1bd apartment with a kitchenet, living area, entry area and a bedroom. It was super clean and comfortable. There is a lounge on the 33rd floor offering coffee, tea and hot chocolate, with indoor and outdoor seating, which was a great addition. The location is close to everything. We would love to stay here again in the near future.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jamie’s place in Jersey City! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless - squeaky clean and so thoughtfully prepared. The space was bright, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I appreciated all the little touches that made the place feel like home. Jamie was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and incredibly organized. Her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was always quick to reply if I had a question. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. The location was also ideal: very safe, quiet, and just a quick ride into Manhattan. Whether you're traveling for work or leisure, I can't recommend this place enough. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Jamie, for such a great experience!
