Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Giunto all'ingresso della casa aprirai la porta d'ingresso e, davanti ai tuoi occhi, ti apparirà la splendida distesa del mare con il suo l'orizzonte. La struttura si trova in piena campagna a 6 km da Costa Paradiso e a 13 km dal più vicino paese Trinità d'Agultu. L'alloggio, una tipica casa rurale gallurese di recente ristrutturazione, è disposto su un unico livello ed è suddiviso in due camere da letto, soggiorno con angolo cucina, bagno. Un'ampia e ombreggiata veranda offre la possibilità di rilassarsi e cenare all'aperto. Dista 5 km dalla spiaggia di Cala Serraina e a 13 km dalle spiagge di Marinedda e Torre Vignola.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Im ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Teil von Costa Paradiso mit seiner atemberaubenden Küste sowie versteckten, einsamen Felsbuchten gelegen und mit Meerblick von allen Zimmern und Terrassen - genau das richtige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Natur. 150 Meter vom Meer (Felsbucht) bzw. 2,5 km zum Sandstrand Li Cossi. 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und ein offenes Gästezimmer, außerdem ein 15m Pool (geöffnet 15.6. - 15.9.).

Right on the sea, Villetta Cristallo benefits from a truly unique location. Only a few steps from the sea, but also from mini-markets, cafe's and restaurants, the house has the added value of not having to take the car for small errands. It comprises of two comfortable double bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), living room, fully furnished kitchen and a large terrace on the beach where guests can relax in an enchanting scenery.

Casa Atlante - 70s silent house with sea view

Casa Atlante is a restoration project using the typical style of Costa Paradiso village. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s.
