Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Portion of the stazzo, kitchen with sofa bed and splendid veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets, bedroom with second veranda overlooking the countryside, spacious bathroom with window accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom has a second sofa bed. An outdoor shower and a shared washing machine are available, with a unique sunset view. The other part of Stazzu is inhabited by me, so some spaces can be shared. The beach is accessible by a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.

The villa is a semi-detached house on a plot of about 1500 square meters completely fenced. Villa Baia 32 is located 70 m from the main beach, consisting of a large living room, TV, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a toilet, veranda with outdoor dining furniture, fabulous sea view, washing machine, solarium terrace, garden with covered parking space, solarium terrace and outdoor shower. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
