La casa di Joly è stata ristrutturata da poche settimane in stile moderno. Dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni ed una cucina, wifi e phon. La struttura presenta uno spazio esterno privato dove si può parcheggiare. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico. La posizione è ideale per visitare i Cunicoli di Claudio (a 3 minuti), per escursioni in montagna (Velino, Ovindoli e diversi sentieri locali). E' distante circa 110 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e circa 1h da Roma.

Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Developed on three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, two bathrooms and living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). Free parking, usually free, is a few meters away. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants easily reachable by foot and located within 700 m. 30 meters away is the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.
