Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In der Nähge gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, eine Wasserskianlage, eine Sommerrodelbahn, Reitställe, etc. Im Ort ist ein Skigebiet und eine Winterrodelbahn mit Flutlichtanlagen. Das Haus liegt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde entfernt von einem der größten österreichischen Skigebiete "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

The swimming area is only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Kieferbach and the large Traithen.
