Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Location was perfect, the house very cozy, super clean and comfortable. The communication was great and we are very satisfied about our choice. Thank you for adding this experience on the top of our weekend.

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is perfectly in line with reality. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

The place was amazing. We came as a family of 5 adults, 1 child and we really don't get in each other's way. The accommodation was incredibly clean, a small private garden, an excellent bakery and a grocery store a few meters away. The beds are so comfortable! Lots of recommendations nearby (cheese factory, farms, delicatessen). Beautiful walks to do, and for lovers of running beautiful spots with the belvedere of Hucel. A big thank you to both of you🐶! Our weekend in Paola's chalet was wonderful. The chalet is spacious, wonderfully decorated and very confortable fir 3 families and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay and already want to come back! it was perfect!!!

Lovely little flat in beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski lifts and close to some lovely hiking trails. Would recommend.

Magalie's house was in a very nice location, you wake up with a lake view, in the forest, with the sounds of birds. At the same time, it is close to the markets. Of course, you will need a car. I didn't try, but it must be difficult to get around without a car. The house was small, but clean. When Magalie's house was ready, she immediately sent a message. Two hours before check-in. Thank you very much.

Very good stay in this region that offers beautiful walks and activities, especially at Lake Annecy! Functional accommodation with a beautiful view from the outside. The pool is a real plus. Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness.

We had a great time at Michael's cottage. The cottage was very clean and very friendly. We particularly enjoyed the location of this cottage, reminding us of so many good childhood memories. To be rented without hesitation!

We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed in Catherine's apartment for one night. The communication before and during the stay was great, both proactive with helpful information and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is quiet and cozy, very clean. Everything is sufficiently available in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable! We would like to come back and stay longer next time.

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city, just a stone's throw from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The flat is very central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although some of the ceilings are a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all for my tall husband. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive; when we accidentally left a phone in the flat, they came quickly to help us retrieve it, which we really appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

Very nice place, with magnificent views! We had a lovely stay. The hot tub was a good plus. The host is very responsive and check-in to the cottage is very easy. A little far from the gondola with 2 year olds but otherwise perfect location! Thanks for this beautiful stay

Cozy apartment, well communicated in terms of transport, shops, near the city center and very quiet, ideal!

This was my last accommodation at the end of my 75 days travelling around Europe. One of the best for sure! I originally booked for 4 nights, ended up staying 7! Luckly the place was available to do so. Spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower, good kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal (there is no oven, but a good microwave). Location is unbeatable, so close to everything yet, quiet and peaceful. This whole area is amazing with so much to do! If you have a car, even better. Parking can be tricky but I had no problems finding free parking at the top of town (you can use funiculaire to reach it). In town, free parking between 7pm-9am and on the weekends. Great communication with Sandra.

Etienne is an excellent host. He is extremely courteous and helpful. The house is superbly equipped & is ideal for family holidays. We would come back anytime!
