The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. About 10 minutes from Hirmentaz station in Bellevaux and 25 minutes from Thonon les Bains and Lake Geneva. Located on the 1st floor of our house, separate entrance, covered terrace, balcony and access to the garden. A large bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed open to the kitchen. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.
