The luxuriously equipped holiday home (160 m²) is located directly on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with a view of the Elbe. Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished our village house with space for 5 guests (plus small child). Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or those looking for a break will all get their money's worth here! Whether bathing in crystal-clear water in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lazing in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. On the property you will find cozy places, some overlooking the lake, a grill, a fireplace and a gazebo. For children there is a swing, space to romp and much to discover and a private kingdom under the roof. .

Here you slow down already on the way to the property, because our forest house will welcome you with wonderful silence, the freshness of the forest, the scent of pine trees, sunny resting and lying places and a large but well-kept natural garden. Sheltered in a peaceful village location, the property borders directly to the north on an extensive nature reserve with shady mixed and coniferous forest, streams, meadow paths and enchanted moors.

Magical vacation home in the countryside

The small town of Bierde is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath – surrounded by extensive marshlands, forests and meadows. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque place in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbtalaue. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has a direct view and access to the lake. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with growing raw materials.

Modernly furnished cottage with its own sauna( by means of a coin-operated machine), fireplace and rowing boat in the summers . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV.
